Trilon Apps — effective June 11, 2026
These terms apply to apps published by Trilon Apps Private Limited, including Cadence, Musical Reader, and Artisan Clock (the “Apps”). By using an App you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Some Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, Artisan Pro at US$9.99/month with a 1-week free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Artwork, voices, and other content delivered through subscriptions are licensed for personal use within the Apps and may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed.
The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilon Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
