Trilon Apps (“we,” “us”) builds Cadence, an app that turns text, PDFs, and photos into narrated audio over focus music. We designed Cadence to work without collecting your personal information. This policy explains what that means.
Cadence does not require an account or login, and we do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email, contacts, or precise location. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
When you create audio, the text you provide (typed, pasted, scanned, or extracted from a photo or PDF) is sent to our audio‑generation service for the sole purpose of producing the spoken audio you requested. It is used only to fulfill that request, is not linked to your identity, and is not used to build a profile of you. Text extraction from photos and PDFs happens to create the words you want read aloud.
Cadence offers an auto‑renewing subscription (Cadence Premium). Purchases are processed by Apple, and subscription status is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat. We receive anonymous purchase and subscription information (such as whether a subscription is active) so we can unlock features. We never receive your credit‑card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.
These providers process only what is needed to deliver the app’s functionality.
Cadence is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal profile to retain. Audio generated from your text is delivered to your device; any transient copies on our systems exist only to complete generation and are not associated with your identity.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
